Salesforce CPQ Administrator/Business Analyst (3-6 yrs)

Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement Salesforce CPQ solutions, including product configuration, pricing rules, discounts, and quoting processes.

- Configure and customize Salesforce CPQ features, including pricing bundles, amendments, add-ons, and renewals.

- Develop custom Apex classes, triggers, batch Apex, and Lightning Web Components (LWC) to enhance Salesforce CPQ functionality.

- Create and maintain Visualforce (VF) pages for custom user interfaces.

- Integrate Salesforce CPQ with other systems using REST and SOAP APIs.

- Utilize SOQL and SOSL to query and manipulate Salesforce data.

- Implement and maintain workflows and approval processes within Salesforce CPQ.

- Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce CPQ.

- Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

- Maintain comprehensive documentation of all development activities.

- Apply Javascript skills to achieve required salesforce customization.

- Demonstrate a solid understanding of Salesforce CPQ capabilities, Contract Management, Billing, and Order Management.
