Senior Salesforce CPQ Developer - OmniStudio (5-10 yrs)

Job Description :

- Should have 5+ years of experience in Salesforce CPQ & Omni Studio.

- Salesforce CPQ fields knowledge for Quote and Quote line items.

- Conga Composer and Adobe E-sign integration with CPQ.

- Knowledge of standard out to the box CPQ quote templates and ability to analyze and recommend go-forward functionality.

- Basic knowledge of CLM.

- Understanding of Quote to Order life cycle.

- CPQ Quote.

- Salesforce CPQ admin knowledge.

- Understand the core functionality of CPQ and be able to work on page layouts, use of field sets, etc.

- Knowledge of setting up system rules and custom fields for validations and calculations.

- Working knowledge of QCP and able to work with developers on development of QCP.

Responsibilities :

- Configure and customize Salesforce CPQ features, including product rules, price rules, discount schedules, and quote templates.

- Manage and maintain CPQ quote and quote line item fields.

- Develop and implement system rules and custom fields for validations and calculations.

- Optimize CPQ performance and usability.

- Design and implement custom solutions to meet specific business requirements.

- Work with page layouts and field sets to provide an optimal user experience.

- Integrate Salesforce CPQ with Conga Composer and Adobe E-Sign for streamlined document generation and electronic signatures.

- Analyze and recommend improvements to existing quote templates and processes.

- Understand and implement solutions related to the Quote-to-Order lifecycle.

- Work with developers on QCP (Quote Calculation Plugin) development.

- Utilize OmniStudio for creating and maintaining guided selling experiences and streamlined workflows within the CPQ environment.

- Possess a basic understanding of Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) and its integration with CPQ.

- Perform Salesforce CPQ administrative tasks, including user management, security settings, and data management.

- Troubleshoot and resolve CPQ-related issues.

- Analyze existing CPQ processes and recommend improvements based on best practices and out-of-the-box functionality.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce CPQ releases and features.
