Conduct student seminars, career counseling sessions, and faculty development programs, and train and place officers within the school and the Centre of Excellence in assigned territories.
Arrange orientation programs and educational workshops for prospective schools and their students.
Inform, counsel, and advise students about the courses and programs offered, admission procedures, eligibility criteria, and fee structure.
Develop communication strategies, admission strategies, and enrollment plans to attract and enroll more students from various venues (universities, colleges, coaching centers, schools, and other educational stakeholders).
Plan and promote the university at all events related to admission and retention, present at information sessions, and counsel and guide students and parents about the admission process.
Understand and leverage digital marketing strategies to enhance outreach and enrollment efforts.
Support the business development activities of the firm such as pursuit developmentand production of thought papers
Qualification & Experience requirement:
Master s Degree from recognized University
Should have 3 to 5 years of experience in relevant field
Primary Skills required:
Experience working within a university admissions function.
Excellent numeracy, literacy, and ICT skills.
Ability to organize, lead, and motivate staff.
Excellent communication skills, particularly written and spoken English.
