AM/DM - Corporate Finance

Role & responsibilities

Be an integral part of the debt raise process assist coordination with lenders, draft responses, build relationships & manage expectations of existing lenders

Preparation of detailed Financial / Business Model

Develop clear understanding of key business drivers, analyze key financial metrics, provide value add analysis, forecasting and planning

Handle complex ad-hoc request with a short turnaround time and supplement such request with appropriate analysis and comments to support decision making

Support Equity fundraising from private equity funds, corporates and support IPO preparation process in coordination with investment banks

Assist closely on the continuously evolving investor pitches with the rapidly growing scale of the business including investor decks, quarterly reports, Board meeting presentations etc.

Support finance / business leader in simulation of revenue projections and corresponding expenses

Identify and support simplification, Lead / Participate / Drive standardization, automation & digitization projects for process efficiency

Preferred candidate profile

CA/MBA with minimum 3-5 years of relevant work experience in Debt raising and Merger and Acquisition with knowledge of finance

Profound understanding of financial/operating performance and ability to prepare and execute investor presentations and support fundraising efforts

Professionalism, accuracy in work results and high integrity

Extremely high and advanced level proficiency in Excel

Strong communication skills (verbal and written), analytical bent of mind, Multitasking and time-management skills and ability to work in a deadline-driven environment, with the ability to prioritize tasks
