Job Summary
We are seeking a Sales Manager to spearhead our business development initiatives and lead a high-performing sales team. Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Prospecting & Business Development
• Develop and execute strategic plans to penetrate new markets and secure large-scale clients.
• Lead high-level prospecting efforts and oversee the generation of qualified leads.

• Sales Leadership & Team Management
• Lead and mentor a team of sales executives, providing guidance and performance oversight.
• Set sales targets, monitor progress, and drive team performance to achieve revenue goals.

• Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
• Establish and manage relationships with senior-level stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Lead negotiations and contract discussions for high-value deals.

• Pipeline Management & Forecasting
• Oversee sales pipelines, ensuring accurate forecasting and timely deal closures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful client onboarding and satisfaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in B2B sales.
• Proven ability to close large, complex deals and achieve ambitious sales targets.
• Strong leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
• In-depth knowledge of supply chain, warehousing, or logistics sectors.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field.
