Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior Sales Manager / Sales Lead to spearhead our business development initiatives and lead a high-performing sales team. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, nurturing key client relationships, and driving revenue growth at a strategic level. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership qualities and extensive experience in B2B sales.
Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and execute strategic plans to penetrate new markets and secure large-scale clients.
2. Lead high-level prospecting efforts and oversee the generation of qualified leads.
3. Lead and mentor a team of sales executives, providing guidance and performance oversight.
4. Set sales targets, monitor progress, and drive team performance to achieve revenue goals.
5. Establish and manage relationships with senior-level stakeholders and decision-makers.
6. Lead negotiations and contract discussions for high-value deals.
7. Oversee sales pipelines, ensuring accurate forecasting and timely deal closures.
8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful client onboarding and satisfaction.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
1. 7+ years of experience in B2B sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership or senior management role.
2. Proven ability to close large, complex deals and achieve ambitious sales targets.
3. Strong leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
4. In-depth knowledge of supply chain, warehousing, or logistics sectors.
5. Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field. MBA preferred.
