Data Analyst

• Collaborate well with engineers, researchers, and data implementation specialists to design and create advanced, elegant and efficient systems
• Define code architecture decisions to support a high-performance and scalable product with a minimal footprint
• Building interactive consumer data from multiple systems and REST fully abstract to the UI through a Node.js backend
• Designing and maintenance of fully functional large relational and non-relational databases
• Performance Evaluation: Conduct project evaluations by analyzing performance metrics, validating results, and compiling comprehensive reports to assess the success and areas for improvement in each project.
• Provide consultation and review the deliveries for the junior data scientists.
• Communication: Maintain effective communication with Project Managers, project teams, and stakeholders, addressing concerns, resolving problems, and facilitating a smooth flow of information.
• Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other PCOs and project teams to share insights, assess current standards, and identify opportunities for improvement within the Project Management Office (PMO).
• Collaboration with IT team, researchers, designers for designing robust apps and encouraging business goals
• Recognizes opportunities to apply external industry trends and implements them within role.
• Is considered an expert in at least one of functional areas; brings together business knowledge, resources, people, and technology to create more effective solutions.
• Address and improve any technical issues
• Act as Data Analyst for Monitoring & Operations to generate ad-hoc reports to improve oversight by Creating, Configuring Grafana dashboards to display data plots. Integration with different tools, API integrations and reports. Understand the Business needs and produce valuable data insights delivered with data quality.
• Capable of understanding and contributing to the technical solution from design through to code level
• Working closely with Development Project Managers and Business Analysts to produce accurate delivery estimates and manage the transition from analysis through to design and delivery
• Provide regular and effective progress updates to and work closely with Development Project Managers to ensure the management of any delivery risks or issues
• Define delivery phases of the project including activities, sub-activities, and milestones ensuring these are documented and used as the basis for the project event log, issues and risk log and any subsequent reporting
• Participate in reviews and meetings and provide updates on project progress
• Take responsibility for ensuring that risks and issues are identified and managed closely and drive all stakeholders to deliver on time and to the required quality standards
• Work closely with relevant teams internally to ensure alignment and coordination across operations as part of the seamless implementation of existing and new systems
• Contributing to post implementation reviews helping to demonstrate success or otherwise of projects
• Supporting project resource scheduling and department capacity planning
• Contribution to the definition of departmental and systems strategies and progression of any allocated objectives
• Work on a wide range of projects involving the implementation of new and existing systems, solutions, and processes
• Take responsibility for making key decisions to ensure the successful implementation of all initiatives

Desired Skills

• Experienced in constructing and solving Linear, Mixed integer, Constraint and non linear programming problems
• Must have hands on experience in solving large scale enterprise level optimization problems and knows how to optimize run time and memory utilization while solving large scale problem.
• Exposure to unsupervised learning and NLP
• Proficiency on Cloud Platform, Database, Python and R

Qualification and Experience Requirements

• Total analytics experience required 10-12 Years.
• Bachelors (Full time) in computer science/Statistics/Applied Mathematics/Operations research/Industrial engineering from Tier 1 institute.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills and storytelling skills
