Project Manager - IT

Job Objective A. Ensure Project is planned, costs budgets, material flow and logistics setup and resources available and daily execution is monitored to the plan. B. Identify issues, risks and resolve in most optimum manner without affecting timelines and budgets C. Engage all stakeholders on the project and ensure that support of champions are available at all times Primary Responsibilities

1. Plan, monitor and report on project progress in a structured manner, drawing particular attention to deviations from the original project plan and producing highlight reports as required.

2. Ensure all issues are monitored, resolved and escalated where appropriate in order to ensure these are dealt with efficiently and effectively.

3. Maintain and update all necessary records to ensure the effective monitoring of projects and compliance with company procedures and policies.

4. Respond to any customer complaints or escalate appropriately, in order to ensure that these are dealt with speedily and effectively.

5. Manage communication with all stakeholders.

6. Develop and maintain good working relationships with clients, partners and contractors and organize prestart/project meetings on site to manage the projects effectively.

7. Identify resources required at each project stage to meet project objectives and manage the resources throughout.

8. Work with all stakeholders throughout the onboarding process, liaising with the Discom, operations and deployment staff as required.

9. Work with all stakeholders to ensure that the final installation meets end client needs.

10. Respond to enquiries from customers and ensure that any problems presented are resolved to their satisfaction.

11. Monitor all installation costs to ensure that these are within the agreed budget costs and report on profit & loss for all projects.

12. Ensure installations are inspected/audited to ensure that these have been undertaken to the required standards and are in line with the company policy.

13. Create the weekly project report and share it with management Skills

Project Management, Budgeting, Data Analysis, Problem Solving, Project Implementation, Risk Management, Stakeholder Management, Business Analysis Qualification and Experience requirements Minimum Experience required for this role is 5-6 years. The applicant should have completed full-time BE from a reputed institution. The applicant should demonstrate specialization in Projects -

1. Project Management Certified.

2. Bachelors Degree required.

3. Strong written and verbal communication skills.

4. Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.

5. Knows how to use Microsoft Project plan

6. Employee required to analyze and interpret complex data.

7. Organized and detail oriented.
