Job Overview :

The Data Analyst will play a crucial role in supporting the Client Growth Programmer by ensuring the accurate collection, preparation, and integration of data into new systems. They will analyze client data to provide actionable insights, develop comprehensive reports and dashboards, and ensure seamless data migration. The role involves collaborating with various departments to understand and meet their data needs, providing training and support to end-users, and maintaining data quality and integrity. The analyst will also gather feedback to drive continuous improvement, ensuring the CGP ecosystem evolves to meet the organization's changing requirements.

A Data Analyst in this role will collaborate with IT professionals to ensure accurate data collection, preparation, and integration into the new CGP systems. They will work with various departmental stakeholders, including legal teams and business units, to understand their data needs and ensure the systems support their workflows effectively.

Roles and Responsibilities :

Data Collection and Preparation :

- Gather and prepare data from various sources to ensure it is ready for integration into new CGP systems.

- This includes cleaning and organizing data to maintain accuracy and integrity

Data Analysis and Insights :

- Analyze client data to extract insights that can inform the CGP pro-cresses.

- This involves identifying trends, patterns, and opportunities for improving client interactions and business processes.

Data Mapping :

- Map existing data fields for new systems, ensuring seamless data migration and integration.

Reporting and Visualization :

- Develop reports and dashboards that provide stakeholders with clear and actionable insights into client data and system performance.

- Identify KPIs and develop metrics to track and measure business performance.

Quality Assurance :

- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data within selected systems.

- Identify any discrepancies or issues that arise during implementation and propose data cleansing or enhancement solutions

Stakeholder Collaboration :

- Collaborate with various departments to understand their data needs and ensure new CGP systems support their workflows effectively.

- Collaborate with data engineers and IT professionals to optimize data collection, storage, and retrieval processes.

User Training and Support :

- Assist in training users on how to interpret and utilize data within the CGP ecosystem, providing ongoing support as needed.

Continuous Improvement :

- Gather feedback post-implementation to identify areas for improvement and ensure the CGP ecosystem evolves to meet the organization's changing needs.

Requirements :

Educational Background :

- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or Economics.

- A master's degree or relevant certifications can be advantageous.

Professional Experience :

- Total experience of 7+ years with proven experience in a data analysis role, typically 2-5 years, depending on the level of the position.

- Experience in handling large datasets and performing data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.

Technical Skills :

- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software such as SQL, R, Python, or SAS.

- Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.

- Familiarity with database management systems and data warehousing solutions.

Analytical Skills :

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex datasets and translate findings into actionable insights.

- Experience in statistical analysis and predictive modelling.

Industry Knowledge :

- Understanding of the specific industry in which the firm operates, such as finance, healthcare, or retail, to provide relevant insights and recommendations.

Communication Skills :

- Ability to communicate complex data insights clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Experience in preparing detailed reports and presentations.

- Experience in managing data projects, including setting timelines, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and delivering results within deadlines.
