Job Title - Senior Manager

Location - Navi Mumbai

Shift timing - 12 to 9 PM

Main Responsibilities of the Design and Creative Lead (Customer Operations Vertical)

Conceptualizing and developing design concepts, graphics and layouts.

Designing and producing collateral (made in formats such as PDF, PPT, Word Documents, Excel, etc. using tools like MS Office and Adobe Creative Cloud) in accordance with brand guidelines.

Presenting ideas, concepts and design solutions to various stakeholders and incorporating their feedback into the final design.

Study design briefs and determine requirements.

Prepare rough drafts and present ideas.

Develop rich, interactive, visually striking graphics and data visualizations of "large" amounts of data that facilitate the presentation of data

Amend designs after feedback

Collaborate with product development and user experience teams on UX design and storyboarding analytics information delivery use-cases

Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand

Help the leadership create aesthetically pleasing presentations, dashboards and sales materials

Help sales teams deliver on-brand sales materials

Proactively participate in branding initiatives

Create branding repositories and maintain them

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and sales, to ensure creative assets align with overall business objectives.

Work closely with external agencies and freelancers as needed.

Requirements:

Proven experience of 8+ years as a Creative Lead or similar role in a creative agency or in-house creative team.

Proven graphic designing experience

A strong portfolio of graphics

Well versed with design software (Adobe Suite is a must, as well as MS office; Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro preferred)

Knowledge of typography software like FontLab or Glyphs for custom font design, if applicable.

Proficiency in collaboration and communication tools like Asana, Microsoft Teams, or Zoom for effective team coordination and client communication.

A keen eye for aesthetics and details

Excellent communication skills

Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines

Degree in Design, Fine Arts or related field is strongly preferred

Should be well versed and comfortable working on Word document formatting and PowerPoint presentations
