Role Overview: We are seeking a seasoned Senior Delivery Lead to join our Digital Tech team at the Associate Principal (AP) level.

- The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in technology and analytics delivery, with a strong focus on driving excellence in large-scale, complex projects.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end delivery of digital technology and analytics projects, ensuring quality, timeliness, and alignment with client expectations.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative solutions.

- Act as a strategic partner for clients, identifying opportunities to enhance business value through technology and analytics.

- Build and manage high-performing teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

- Monitor and manage project risks, ensuring proactive resolution of issues.

- Provide thought leadership in digital technology and analytics trends to drive innovation.

Required Skills & Experience:

- 15+ years of experience in technology and analytics delivery, with a proven track record of successful project management in complex environments.

- Strong background in digital technologies, data analytics, and automation tools.

- Hands-on experience working with leading IT and consulting firms such as Infosys, Accenture, or Wipro is preferred.

- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.

- Ability to navigate and lead within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

- Expertise in Agile methodologies and project management tools is a plus.

- Education: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

- Advanced certifications (PMP, Scrum Master, or equivalent) are desirable.
