Delivery Manager - Java/J2EE (17-20 yrs)

Job Description :

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and manage multiple Java/J2EE projects from inception to completion, ensuring successful delivery within budget, timeline, and quality expectations.

- Oversee the entire project lifecycle, including budget estimation, resource allocation, client communication, and risk management.

- Manage project KPIs (Key Performance Indicators), track project progress, and identify and address any potential roadblocks or issues.

- Ensure adherence to established SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) methodologies and CMMI (Capability Maturity Model Integration) 3.0/5. processes.

- Lead a team of 50+ developers, testers, and other project personnel.

- Foster a collaborative and productive work environment, and provide guidance and mentorship to team members.

- Manage client relationships, effectively communicate project status and updates, and address any client escalations or concerns.

- Oversee quality assurance processes and ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions.

Qualifications :

- 17+ years of experience in Java/J2EE development and project delivery.

- Proven experience in managing fixed-budget projects and delivering projects on time and within budget.

- Strong leadership experience in managing large and diverse teams (50+ members).

- In-depth knowledge of SDLC methodologies and CMMI processes.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to effectively manage client relationships, negotiate project scope, and address client concerns.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies
