Ground Operations:.
- Lead and manage ground-level operations to ensure effective recruitment and placement. activities.

- Collaborate with internal teams to align recruitment and placement strategies with organizational goals.

- Oversee the collection, collation, and analysis of recruitment-related data from the field.
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting to the leadership team for informed decision-making.
- Coordinate with multiple teams to ensure smooth execution of recruitment and placement.

- Facilitate the deployment of candidates to various partner organizations, ensuring compliance with client requirements.
- Act as the primary point of contact for resolving operational issues related to placement.
- Monitor the progress and outcomes of deployed candidates, ensuring high levels of client and candidate satisfaction.
