Executive - Corporate

Role & responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive support to the MD by managing his calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel etc.
• Act as the main contact for executives, handling correspondence and ensuring effective communication.
• Assist in calendar management, ticket booking, travel management, stakeholder management, hotel booking and guest booking.
• Manage the logistics for all travel of the MD and of the Management team.
• Providing assistance by responding to calls, email, and in-person inquiries in a timely manner.
• Maintain high discretion and confidentiality in all tasks and interactions.
• Maintaining MIS reports and necessary trackers related to the task handled.
• Work closely with the MD to keep him well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities and following up appropriately.

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate Fresher in any stream will be preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Strong ability to work on multiple tasks or assignments.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point)
