Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage travel arrangements, including flight bookings, hotel reservations, and visa processing.
  
• Coordinate with clients to understand their travel requirements and preferences.
  
• Plan and execute itineraries for holiday packages, ensuring timely execution of plans.
  
• Handle ticket booking, cancellation, and amendment processes efficiently.
  
• Utilize MS Office skills to maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 0-2 years of experience in a similar role (travel desk or operations).
  
• Bachelor's degree in any specialization (B.B.A/ B.M.S or B.Com).
  
• Proficiency in English language with excellent communication skills.
  
• Strong knowledge of travel planning, management, and operations principles.
