Claims Associates Well Versed with MS Excel - Hyderabad (2-4 Years)

Role & responsibilities

• Review, process, and validate insurance claims with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
• Analyze and interpret claim-related documents, including EOBs and invoices.
• Utilize Excel and other software tools to organize data and generate reports as required.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to resolve claim-related issues.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
• Consistently meet productivity, schedule adherence, and accuracy benchmarks.
• Have the ability to consistently interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees
• Ensure the security, confidentiality, and integrity of client information for yourself and team.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors degree/college graduate
• Willingness to work the night shift.
• 1-2 years of work experience in business analysis, with a focus on health and supplemental claims processes.
• Advanced proficiency in data analysis and Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in understanding and navigating various software tools.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to interpret Explanation of Benefits (EOBs), hospital invoices, and insurance claim details.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Flexibility to work in hybrid model.
