AR Credit Balance Refunds Analyst - RCM

We have urgent openings for SR Associates - Credit Balance (AR Denial Management)
Responsibilities :

• Strong knowledge on the AR Denials and Scenarios
• US Calling Experience and able to resolve the claims with payers
• Understand the Payment posting workflows and applying the appropriate adjustments as per requirements
• Expertise in analyzing the negative balance impact and resolve it
• Expertise in reviewing the EOB/EFT/Payer Correspondence and take appropriate actions to resolve the claim
• Who has experience in handling payer refunds which included US Federal/Commercial guidelines
• Was involved in report and Analytics as per the client requirement

Shifts - Night Shifts (6:30PM to 3:30AM)
