• Handle customer inquiries, provide information, and resolve issues through calls.
• Maintain a positive relationship with customers while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Follow communication scripts and protocols efficiently and effectively.
• Non-Voice Process:
• Process customer requests and queries via email, chat, or other non-voice platforms.
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of data entry.
• Resolve customer concerns through online channels while maintaining professionalism.
