Collection Telecaller

Role & responsibilities :

• Make outbound calls to clients and customers with overdue accounts.
• Notify customers about overdue payments and initiate collection procedures.
• Negotiate and set up payment arrangements with customers.
• Offer alternative solutions (like installment plans) to settle outstanding balances.
• Regularly follow up on unpaid invoices and payment commitments.
• Track customer payment behavior and ensure timely follow-ups to minimize delinquencies.
• Update payment records and document conversations in the system.
• Communicate effectively with clients, maintaining professionalism while ensuring payment is collected.
