Role & responsibilities

• Manage purchasing of raw materials domestic and from oversee, negotiating prices, delivery schedules, and terms with suppliers.
• Oversee import procedures, ensuring compliance with customs regulations and accurate documentation (e.g., invoices, bills of lading).
• Communicate effectively with international vendors, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
• Coordinate logistics, tracking shipments and resolving any import-related issues or delays.
• Maintain accurate procurement records and prepare regular reports on supplier performance and procurement metrics.
