Server Engineer- Hindalco, Singrauli

Responsibilities

• We require a customer support engineer for the maintenance of laptop, desktop, servers and printers installed at our customer's premises.
• Should be able to diagnose faults & replace faulty parts in Laptop, Desktop, Printers and Servers
• Candidates with knowledge of Server Hardware
• Have knowledge of using ticketing tools
• Candidate to travel plant for diagnosis and repair activity
• Candidate must have knowledge on Office 365
• Knowledge of Installation Support of Servers, Storages (DELL, HP, Lenovo etc.)
• Have knowledge in Server & storage hardware troubleshooting and identify the problem and replace the required hardware.
• Have good knowledge in server and storage hardware logs analysis.
• Understanding of TCP/IP and other networking protocols like DHCP/DNS/CDP/ARP etc
• Experience of handling customer from initial point to escalating to next level based on complexity of the issue
• Manage Windows Server OS, Active Directory domains, including planning, configuring, optimizing and maintaining.

• Should have good communication skills in written & spoken English/Hindi.
