Job Summary:

We are looking for 4-5 dynamic and detail-oriented female candidates for the role of Project Planning & Vendor Management. The ideal candidates should have a B.Tech degree and either prior experience in the Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) industry or be fresh graduates eager to learn. The role involves planning, coordination, and management of vendors to ensure smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in project planning, scheduling, and execution as per company standards.

Coordinate with vendors for procurement, negotiations, and timely delivery of materials.

Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with timelines and quality benchmarks.

Prepare reports and maintain documentation related to vendor contracts and project updates.

Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.

Address any vendor-related issues and provide solutions in a timely manner.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Education: B.Tech Any specialization, preferably Civil/Mechanical/Industrial)

Experience: Candidates from the PEB industry are preferred, but freshers with strong analytical skills and a willingness to learn are welcome.

Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Good communication and negotiation skills.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
