Job Summary:

EHS Manager will be responsible for ensuring compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations within EPACK Prefab plants. The role requires the implementation and continuous improvement of EHS programs, policies, and procedures to promote a safe and sustainable work environment.

Job Description:

Develop, implement, and manage EHS policies and programs in compliance with national and local regulations.

Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and risk assessments to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.

Ensure adherence to environmental laws, including waste management, pollution control, and sustainability initiatives.

Train employees and management on EHS best practices, emergency procedures, and safety protocols.

Investigate workplace incidents, accidents, and near-misses, identifying root causes and recommending preventive measures.

Maintain accurate EHS records, reports, and documentation as required by regulatory authorities.

Coordinate emergency preparedness and response plans, including fire safety and first-aid programs.

Liaise with regulatory bodies, auditors, and external stakeholders to ensure compliance and best practices.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance workplace safety culture and environmental sustainability."

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelors/Masters degree in relevant field/ Diploma in industrial safety from government approved collages

Certification in Occupational Health & Safety (NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent) is preferred.
