Role Objective :
- Managing I.T requirements of Salesforce and Tableau CRM Analytics.
- Understanding the business processes, issues and challenges.
- Project management with regular tracking and reporting to business.
- Ensure timely delivery of the software solutions by working closely with delivery team.
- Enhancing the quality of I.T products and services & analyzing business needs.
- Producing reports on application development & implementation.
- Understanding & developing the design of technical systems and business models.
- Assisting the stakeholders by understanding their need and resolving the issues or implementing certain developments in the existing process.
Key Responsibilities :
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and customer support, to gather change requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.
- Proficient in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components.
- Adept at integrating Salesforce with other systems and ensuring the scalability and efficiency of Salesforce applications.
- Ensure salesforce developments are completed per sprint on timely manner in Salesforce and TCRM Analytics
- Salesforce Incident Management including Administrator tasks like user management, security settings, data privacy, and customization of objects, fields, and report management
- Trouble-shoot under-performing areas; ensure operations/resources alignment; escalate issues if needed
- Track and manage Telephony service provider SLAs and participate in enhancing CTI systems
- Review service performance reports.
- Understand service levels trends.
- Escalate on non-performance
- Assist in verification of service provider project proposals, change requests, effort estimation etc.
- Assist in sprint scoping and planning and monitoring UAT and development cycle
- Created Lightning Web Components and added Design Parameters that make the Lightning Web component look and feel better
- Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies quickly.
Skills : Salesforce Administration & Sales and Service cloud development including Visualforce, Apex, SOQL, SAQL, Triggers, Workflows, Reports, Dashboards and components as per application requirements.
- Exposure to Data Cloud Or Tableau CRM Analytics Or Call Telephony Interface is must.
- Problem Solving, Interpersonal, Verbal & Written Communication Skills is required.
Qualification : B.Tech in Computer Engineering or M.A
- 7+ Years of Experience in Salesforce ( Sales and Service Cloud ) and at least 1+ Years in Data Cloud or Tableau CRM Analytics.
- Practice and Other Requirements : Salesforce Certification & Knowledge of Telephony and/or Tableau and/or Data Cloud is must
