Job Description:

- We are looking for an experienced SAP IS-U (Industry Solution for Utilities) Consultant to join our Strategy & Consulting team. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end implementation, configuration, and support of SAP IS-U solutions for clients in the utilities sector.

- You will work closely with clients to understand their business processes, customize solutions to meet their needs, and ensure smooth integration and execution of SAP IS-U functionalities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the implementation and configuration of SAP IS-U solutions, including Billing, Device Management, Customer Service, and Master Data Management for utility clients.

- Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and design tailored SAP IS-U solutions.

- Provide expertise in SAP IS-U modules, ensuring best practices are followed for successful deployments.

- Conduct system testing, validation, and troubleshooting during the implementation phase.

- Provide training to users and deliver post-go-live support to ensure smooth operations.

- Integrate SAP IS-U with other SAP modules (such as SAP CRM, SAP FICO, SAP MM) and third party applications.

- Stay updated on the latest SAP IS-U developments and industry trends, and recommend improvements to existing processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

- 3+ years of experience in SAP IS-U module implementation, configuration, and support.

- Strong knowledge of the SAP IS-U components, including Billing & Invoicing, Device Management, Customer Service, and Master Data Management.

- Experience in the utilities industry, with a deep understanding of industry-specific processes.

- Proficiency in SAP IS-U integration with other SAP modules (FICO, MM, CRM) and external systems.

- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and manage client relationships effectively.

- Experience in working on large-scale SAP projects with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills:

- SAP IS-U certification.

- Experience with SAP S/4HANA IS-U modules.

- Knowledge of industry-specific utilities applications.

- Familiarity with Agile project management practices.

- Prior experience working in a consulting environment with diverse clients.
