Role DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled Microsoft Dynamics Functional SCM Consultant to join our team.

This full-time, on-site role involves analyzing business processes, offering consulting services, and implementing Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.

You will also contribute to Customer Relationship Management (CRM) projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities :

- Business Process Analysis

- Analyze and evaluate client's business processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization.

- ERP Implementation

- Lead the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics solutions, particularly focused on the Supply Chain Management (SCM) module.

Consulting Services :

- Provide expert consulting to clients on ERP and CRM solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

- Solution Customization

- Configure and customize the Microsoft Dynamics platform to meet specific client requirements.

Collaboration :

- Work closely with cross-functional teams and clients to ensure successful project delivery.

- Documentation and Training

- Prepare detailed documentation and conduct training sessions for end-users to facilitate smooth system adoption.

Qualifications :

Experience :

- 6+ years as a Microsoft Dynamics Functional Consultant with expertise in the Supply Chain Management (SCM) module.

- Proven experience in consulting and ERP implementation projects.

Skills :

- Strong analytical and business process expertise.

- Exceptional problem-solving abilities.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Education :

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.

Additional Competencies:

- Experience with CRM solutions is an added advantage.

- Certification in Microsoft Dynamics is a plus.
