HR Operations

Role & responsibilities:

• Manage leave and attendance of employee as payroll input.
• Responsible for updating of employee database, joining, exits etc.
• Own the HRIS, HC and MIS management.
• Responsible for employee hard and soft file management
• Coordination with insurance agencies for mid-term additions/ Deletions and annual renewals
• Resolving employees queries.
• Responsible for HR services like issuing Bonafide letters, promotions letters, appraisal letters, salary revision letters, termination letters, warning letters etc.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• Have 0 -1 years of experience
• Willingness to work in rotational and/or night shifts.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
