• Handling the end-to-end HRMS application (Ascent).
• Collaborating with HRMS application stakeholders to gather and address app requirements.
• Coordinating with the IT team for activating and deactivating employee access.
• Preparing and managing MIS reports.
• Providing payroll inputs.
• Supporting other departments within HRSS operations.
• Updating HRMS data.
