Role Description

• The AVP will be responsible to engage & support automation for ID Access management but also engage in Manual Operational activities specific to ID Access Management.
• To summarize the role is techno functional role that requires Development skills & IDAM Operations.
• Candidate also needs to deliver quality services within a risk free and controlled environment, to ensure Deutsche Bank s overall client satisfaction.

Your key responsibilities

• Designing and developing RPA solutions in accordance with standard design principles and conventions.
• Configuring new Blue Prism/Python processes and objects using core workflow principles that are efficient, well structured, maintainable, and easy to understand.
• Creating and maintaining solution documentation
• Supporting existing processes and implementing change requirements as part of a structured change control process.
• Problem solving issues that arise in day to day running of Blue Prism/Python processes and providing timely responses and solutions as required.
• Creating and documenting test procedures and scenarios for the pre-UAT phases.
• Support & Govern Partners for automation related projects.
• Requires understanding of ID administration, User recertification, Gatekeeper Processes and compliance and Risk.
• Monitor/Govern the activities of the Partner team and quality check on regular intervals to ensure adherence to IS objectives for IDAM Operations
• Stakeholder management and escalation management.
• Excellent communication skills
• Organizational and time-management skills
• Keen to learn and engage for IS Controls &Audit related activities.

Your skills and experience

• Overall Experience in IT Industry 10+ Year
• Blue Prism Development Experience 5 Years
• Expert in Python
• IDAM experience 3 years
• Graduates with good academic records.
• Blue Prism Certification (Preferred)
