Job Description
- Your Key Responsibilities.
- Work closely with the COO team as well as control partners (e.g.
- Legal, Compliance, Risk, Audit and Regulatory Affairs).
- Build close partnerships with the Wholesale and Institutional leadership and sales teams.
- Support / lead the vendor invoice processes.
- Assist with Travel and Expense submissions (TE).
- Policy review along with ensuring proper compliance with policies and procedures.
- Additional responsibilities may be assigned.

- Strong verbal and written abilities.
- Project management and organizational acumen.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Pro-active and ability to work independently.
- Regulatory/Compliance experience a plus.

- Experience with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, Salesforce experience is a plus.
