Lead the DQ Control team within CDO, driving enhancements to the DQ Control Framework. Improve processes and monitoring approach to facilitate its implementation in an efficient way by divisions across the bank.
Develop and manage compliance monitoring of the DQ Control Framework to track the divisions compliance across the Material Data Scopes.
Provide reporting, metrics and content updates to relevant data governance forums.
Engage with cross divisional stakeholders globally, across Group Architecture, Non-Financial Risk, divisional data offices and process leads
Provide guidance to stakeholders across the bank on how to implement the bank s DQ Control and Contract framework and understand how we can help drive data quality improvements and reduce data risk across the organisation.
Responsible for the day-to-day tasks to ensure a smooth running of the DQ Control and Contracts operational processes.
Interlock and align with the DQ Issue Management framework to ensure the divisions correctly track and remediate recurring DQ issues identified from monitoring their DQ controls.
Involvement in projects to improve DQ tooling and enhancements to DQ KPI reporting.
Your Skills and Experience
Experience in data management (data governance, data quality, data architecture) in large, cross-jurisdiction organization.
Data analytics experience beyond data management expertise is a strong advantage.
Experience in process mapping, controls implementation, or requirements gathering and documentation.
Experience in running business data controls and an understanding on control framework implementation, including annual certification and design / operating effectiveness review.
Excellent organizational skills and a high attention to detail with the ability to work under pressure and to deliver to tight deadlines.
Experience in managing teams, preferably across locations.
Strong analytical skills, including effective manipulation of Excel spreadsheets.
Experience with Collibra, Solidatus or other data governance and lineage tools is an advantage.
Highly motivated self-starter with strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to interface and converse with stakeholders at all levels as well as to create succinct presentations and reports.
Experience of working in Agile environment with global teams across geographies.
