We are looking for a Data Engineer with approximately 5 years of experience in building and managing robust data solutions. The ideal candidate is technically proficient and aspires to grow into a Junior Technical Project Manager (TPM) role by demonstrating leadership potential and process-
oriented thinking.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Data Engineer:
Design, develop, and optimize ETL pipelines, data models, and data integration workflows.
Manage and enhance data lakes, data warehouses, and other data repositories.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality data solutions aligned with business needs.
Implement and maintain best practices for data quality, security, and governance.
Utilize tools such as Azure, Databricks, SQL, Power BI/Tableau to deliver scalable data solutions.
Assist in planning and coordinating data-related projects, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
Participate in stakeholder communication, documenting requirements, updates, and risks.
Monitor project timelines and deliverables to understand the project lifecycle.
Develop a proactive approach to problem-solving and risk management.
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in data engineering or related roles with hands-on expertise in:
o ETL pipelines, data integration, and modeling
o Cloud platforms (Azure / AWS)
o Data governance tools and frameworks
Basic understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, or hybrid approaches).
Effective communication and collaboration skills to interact with technical and business teams.
Ability to learn and apply project management principles and tools
Prior experience in Managed Services Engagements will be advantage
