Collaborate with Data Owners and Stewards, Divisional Records Managers, Divisional Data Leads and Data Lifecycle to ensure data quality, accuracy, and consistency across the organization.. Support the implementation and management of Data Records Management governance tools and technologies.. Regularly assess and refine Data Records governance processes and policies to promote continuous improvement.. Ensure the organization knows what and where the data it uses resides through agreed Data Governance tools.. Maintain regular reports and metrics to track Data Quality and Governance performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.. Support evaluation and implementation of Data Governance tools and technologies to support Data Governance initiatives.. Provide training and support to Data Owners and Stewards on Data Governance best practices.. Monitor and report on Data Quality metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs).. Identify and address Data Quality issues and work with relevant stakeholders to implement corrective actions.. Your Skills And Experience. Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in economics, business administration, computer science, or a related field.. Knowledge of Data Records Management requirements (Identification, Classification, Retention, Archiving, Retrieval and Disposal).. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams across locations and hierarchies.. Autonomous working style with intrinsic motivation for the job.. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of conveying messages to a wide range of stakeholder groups.. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is essential..
