Customer Experience Executive (6 Months Contract )

Interact with customers to address inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide information about products or services.
Ensure a positive customer experience by handling interactions professionally and courteously.
Identify and resolve customer issues using effective problem-solving skills.
Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve complex cases.
Gather customer feedback and insights to identify areas for improvement in products or services.
Work with cross-functional teams to implement changes that enhance the customer experience.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all customer interactions.
Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders across different channels (phone, email, chat, etc.).
Basic Knowledge about CRM metrics like CSAT, NPS etc and drives the target with great commitment and dedication.
Excellent communication skills English & Hindi
