Strong professional communication skills in order to deal with customer queries via phone, chat and email.
Monitoring the daily E-mails & other communications both internally & externally related to customer queries.

Managing the customer order processes, related to e-commerce, exhibitions.
Skill to upsell and cross sell to customer reaching out with queries related to brand products through CRM tools and Social Media channels.
Basic understanding of Womens Wear, fashion and category.
Manage, process, and track customer orders to ensure accuracy, and timely processing of online orders.
Actively involved in pre-sales & post-sales support.
Documenting product issues, providing customer feedback and generate summarized reports.
Proactively manage and maintain high customer satisfaction & logistics metric scores for our online store, Marketplace Channels and Exhibition Sale Channel..
Data entry/analysis and reporting of data.
Communicate and coordinating with other internal Operations, and working collaboratively with E-Commerce Manager, Marketing, Warehouse, Stores and Logistics Teams when needed.
Writing and adhering Standard Operating Procedures for new procedures or processes that help create efficiency for the team.
