Customer Support Executive

Roles and Responsibilities

• Handling Inbound/ Outbound calls
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat promptly and professionally.
• Provide customer service to new and existing customers
• Address and resolve customer complaints and issues, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
• Collect and relay customer feedback to relevant departments to improve products and services.
• Communicate with the Vendors and warehouse teams.
• Work collaboratively with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-3 years of experience in a BPO/Call Centre environment handling international/domestic voice processes or similar roles.
  
• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) for effective interaction with customers over the phone/email/chat.
  
• Ability to work rotational shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays as per business requirements.
