Customer Experience Associate II

We're seeking talented individuals with:

- 0-1+ years of experience in Voice Process (Inbound or Outbound calls)

- Intermediate/ 12th/PUC/ Graduate education qualification

- Excellent English verbal and written skills

- Experience in International BPO Industry (preferred)

- Ability to work in night shifts (US time zones)

Responsibilities:

- Provide product and service information to customers

- Identify and escalate issues to supervisors

- Respond to customer issues on TA

Timeline and Other Details:

- Shifts: US shifts

- Work Mode: Work from office

- Week Off: Rotational offs
