Sr Manager - Special Projects

Location: Mumbai

About the role:

- Defining, launching and managing projects impacting Cost, Quality or Delivery performance of DTDC

- Gather business requirements and conceptualize product and program solutions to solve business problems

- Work with Key stakeholder teams closely to develop and test the solution that are needed

- Will work as a bridge between Operations and Stakeholder teams to ensure that the programs are executed well

- Develop a roadmap and monitor the metrics impacted or develop new metrics to ensure that desired goal is achieved

- Ability to deal with ambiguity and define programs with little or no information

- Ability to communicate with C- level Executives and explain his point of view

- Customer focus with excellent problem solving and decision-making skills

- Able to dive deep and is never out of touch with the details of the business

- Excellent stakeholder management and project management

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Basic Qualification

- Bachelor's/Master's degree, preferably in Supply Chain Management, Operations Research, Industrial Engineering

- At least 2-3 years of business experience in areas relevant to Warehousing, Transportation, Program Management

- Knowledge of Excel / Tableau will help to execute the role better
