HR Officer

Job Title: Human Resource Officer/ Sr. Executive - Logistics/Courier & Cargo/Ecommerce Operations

Job Overview: The Human Resource Officer for Logistics/Courier & Cargo/Ecommerce Operations will be responsible for managing HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, and compliance, within a fast-paced and dynamic logistics, courier, and e-commerce environment. The HR Officer will ensure that the company's HR policies and practices align with business needs while fostering a positive workplace culture and ensuring legal compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment and Staffing:

• Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes for logistics, courier, and e-commerce roles.
• Bulk Hiring of Blue collar people will be primary responsibility

Employee Relations and Engagement

Performance Management

Compliance and Policy Implementation

Compensation and Benefits

HR MIS

Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in an HR role within logistics, courier, cargo, or e-commerce operations.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws, employee relations, and HR best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in HR software, Microsoft Office, and other relevant tools.

Preferred candidate profile

MBA HR or MLW or MSW candidate with 2-3 yrs exp in Ecommerce or Logistics company

Having bulk recruitment / blue collar recruitment experience.
