Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced IT Professional with a strong background in digital transformation and process mapping. The ideal candidate will have 2-4+ years of relevant experience post-graduation and possess skills in workflow analysis, data analysis, integrations, IT architecture (application, data architecture and Infra architecture) and creating Power BI dashboards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Technology Architecture: Develop and implement architecture frameworks to align technology solutions with business goals.

- Power BI Dashboards: Create and maintain interactive dashboards to provide insights and support data-driven decisions.

- Digital Transformation: Lead initiatives to modernize processes and systems, enhancing operational efficiency and customer experience.

- Process Mapping: Analyse and document business processes, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.

- Workflow Analysis: Evaluate existing workflows to streamline operations and enhance productivity.

- Data Analysis: Utilize data analytics to inform decision-making and drive strategic initiatives.

- Integrations: Design and manage integrations between various systems to ensure seamless data flow and functionality.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in computer science engineering, or a related field (MBA is a plus).

- 2-4+ years of experience in technology architecture or relevant domains.

- Expertise in process mapping, workflow analysis, and data analytics.

- In-depth understanding of system integrations and proficiency in BI tools, especially Power BI.

- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Proven ability to work effectively and collaboratively in team settings.

Preferred Skills:

- Familiarity with cloud computing and emerging technologies.

- Experience in project management methodologies.

- Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in enterprise architecture.
