Humble request to don’t join in sales coz very nasty interms delivery service.if you have opportunity to join ops post in east this best platform coz of you can earn outside income .example if your salary 10000 you can get 70000.fully corrupted in east .here you will face nepotism .

I had the displeasure of working at DTDC Express Limited in India, and let me tell you, it was a nightmare from start to finish. The work culture there is beyond awful - it's like stepping into a toxic wasteland every single day. Working at DTDC express limited in India was a complete nightmare, thanks to the abysmal work culture and the utterly incompetent management. The so called marketing head has zero experience in the marketing and is essentially burning through company fund on branding initiatives while keeping the CEO in the dark. Instead of welcoming constructive advice, this individual behaves like a tyrant, stifling any dissent and threatening to ruin your career if you dare to provide an honest assesment of any project. It's clear that this person believes they are untouchables and acts as if they are the dictator of the company. The problem is with 1 man in Ecommerce. He is the problem. He is arrogant man. Don't join ecommerce. Join only if you get 200% hike atleast. That man has very bad past history

The weekly review mechanism for ACM and above is done very aggressively. If the weekly target is not achieved then the seniors treat very badly to the subordinates on the concall.

You are the salesman , Delivery man, operation boy etc. lots of additional work. Over duty till night paid less . Inside the branch itself they assign unwanted work . Worst service across country. Calls regards missing the parcel and service issues. They want sales not provide proper service.

90% times training is not provided to new employee's. Promotion given to employees who butter the senior. Absolute minimum wage for ground level staff. Salary cut from ground staff if any item is lost or damaged, but not same for senior management.
