Job Description

The Candidate for this position will excel at creating and closing new business opportunities for the Micro Imaging division, which deals with high-end Microscopes and other Imaging solutions and equipment. By using the technical approach of selling and their expertise to identify and qualify leads, they are leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers in the field of Micro Imaging Instruments.

Job Description:

Prospecting and sales lead generation.
Meet and exceed sales targets.
Sales visits and support with distributor/dealer network.
On-site Product discussion and explanation to the customer.
Maintaining and managing CRM records of customer/user base.
Assisting & participating in seminars, training courses, exhibitions, and product launches.
Market information (New Tender s/New Institute/Hospital s).
Should have the capability to handle projects Independently and maintain deadlines.
Handling full product sales cycle including payment collection.
Successfully create business from new and existing customer accounts.
Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives.
Build rapport and establish long-term relationships with customers.

Job Specification:

Extensive Travel to meet customer/business needs.
Problem-solving approach.
Competence in handling high-value sophisticated equipment and interaction with the elite customer base.
Candidate with high integrity to easily fit in the organizations legacy.
Able to work in smaller and larger teams.

Qualification:

MSc. Biotechnology/Bioscience.
B. Tech Electronics & Telecommunication with 3-8 years relevant experience.

Additional Skills (If Any):

Effective Communication skills
Positive attitude, multi-tasking and independent sales professional.
Prior experience in handling analytical and scientific instruments would be an added advantage.
