JOB BRIEF
- Job Title :- Field sales representative
- Department :- Sales Department
- Hierarchy Level :- Middle Management

- Reporting to :- HR Department
JOB DESCRIPTION/ PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY
- Responsible for all marketing activity such a generate a new enquiry, develop a new business & promote the product across the assigned territory of Gujarat
- Develop a business relation with Existing Dealers by timely visit and participate in appointment of new dealer at unrepresented area.
- Explaining and promoting the company s products to end customers in relevant industries. Implementing effective sales techniques in the assigned territory/dealers to increase company sales.
- Responsible for payment collection
- Initiate the business promotional activities & branding with association with management.
- Creating and maintaining a reports for continuous improvement of organization
- Addressing any customer queries on the company s products & Resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Monitoring competitor sales activities & pricing within your assigned territory
EDUCATION
Minimum Education : Education Related To marketing and sales
EXPERIENCE
Minimum Experience : 2+ years
BEHAVIROUAL & TECHNICAL SKILLS
- Language known: Gujarati, Hindi, Thoda English
- Good communication skills (Writing & Speaking both)
- Leadership skills
- Master in cold calling, expert in convincing customer by knowing his requirement
