Purpose of the job

The Customer Experience role is pivotal in ensuring seamless order management and exceptional customer service. This position is responsible for managing the end-to-end order process using SAP, handling customer inquiries, resolving queries, and ensuring accurate order entry. Additionally, the role involves the creation of Credit Notes (CN) and Debit Notes (DN) to maintain accurate financial records.
