Course Developer and Coordinator

As a Course Developer and Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and coordinating various educational programs and workshops.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Developing comprehensive and engaging training programs in research methodologies, skill development, and language courses.

• Designing and implementing research workshops tailored to the needs of diverse audiences.

• Coordinating and managing program delivery, including scheduling, content creation, and participant engagement.

• Collaborating with subject matter experts to ensure the accuracy and relevance of course content.

• Monitoring and evaluating program effectiveness and making recommendations for improvements.

• Managing administrative tasks related to program execution, including communication with participants and handling feedback.

• Master s or PhD in Social Sciences, Statistics, or a related field.

• Proven experience in developing and delivering educational programs or workshops.

• Strong organizational and project management skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
