Senior Research Consultant

We are seeking highly experienced and dynamic Senior Research Consultants to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in research methodologies, data analysis, and academic writing. In this role, you will design and lead research projects, mentor research teams, and deliver impactful insights that drive client success.

Lead Research Projects: Design, plan, and oversee complex research projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives and industry standards.
Develop Research Methodologies: Create and refine research methodologies tailored to specific project needs, utilizing advanced qualitative and quantitative techniques.
Guide Research Teams: Mentor and manage research teams, providing direction, support, and expertise throughout the project lifecycle.
Analyze Data: Conduct in-depth data analysis to extract meaningful insights and develop actionable recommendations for clients.
Deliver High-Quality Reports: Prepare comprehensive research reports, presentations, and publications that communicate findings and insights.
Design Training Programs and Workshops: Contribute to the development of training programs, workshops, and conferences related to research methodologies and data analysis.
Ensure Compliance: Maintain adherence to ethical research standards and ensure that all research activities comply with relevant regulations and best practices.
Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest research trends, tools, and techniques, and incorporate these into research practices and methodologies.

Ph.D. degree in a relevant field (e.g., Social Sciences, Education, Statistics etc).
Extensive knowledge of research methodologies, tools, and techniques.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
Excellent academic writing and communication skills.
Proven track record of published research and successful consultancy projects.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in research consultancy or academia.
Experience in leading research projects and teams.
Familiarity with research software (e.g., SPSS, R, NVivo) is an advantage.
