- Serve as the main point of contact for students, addressing course-related concerns and queries.
- Evaluate course feedback and performance data to identify areas for improvement.
- Manage course logistics, including room bookings, exam schedules, and assignment deadlines.
- Work with the administration to ensure courses meet accreditation standards and institutional policies.
