Job Description

1) 0-1 year of work experience. Ideal candidates are enthusiastic about guiding others, pushing them to overcome limitations, and celebrating their growth.

2) Highly empathetic with outstanding communication skills (both spoken and written). Perfect English is a must.

3) Avid learners who enjoy reading non-fiction, researching, and exploring new skills. Consulting experience is a plus.

4) Strong analytical skills with the ability to handle abstract ideas and situations, reflected in your writing.

5) Dedicated to remote work, preferably from small towns or different time zones. Our team spans 8 countries.

Data Analytics or Data Science preferred, but freshers are also welcome.

Minimum Requirement and Qualifications

1. Student Support: Assist students in their learning journey, manage their outcomes,

and motivate them to achieve their goals.

2. Course Management: Oversee the NPS (Net Promoter Score) of your allocated course.

3. Career Guidance: Aid individuals in securing jobs and clients, and help them advance their careers. Training and tools will be provided.

4. Course Improvement: Contribute ideas, content, and new pedagogical approaches to enhance our courses.

Day shift: 12 PM to 10 PM IST

Night shift: 8 PM to 6 AM IST
