Job Description :

- Lead, mentor, and manage a team min 10 application specialists and support staff.

- Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture.

- Conduct performance reviews, set goals, and support professional development

- Oversee the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of SAP systems across the organization.

- Ensure timely and successful delivery of SAP-related projects and enhancements.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex SAP issues, providing high-level technical support.

- Manage the implementation and support of a diverse range of business applications beyond SAP, including ERP systems, CRM platforms, and other enterprise software.

- Ensure the smooth operation and continuous improvement of all business applications.

- Coordinate with various business units to identify and address application needs and requirements.

- Develop and implement application support processes and procedures to ensure optimal performance and user satisfaction

- Apply strong project management skills to plan, execute, and deliver IT projects on time and within budget.

- Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and resource allocation.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment with business objectives.

- Act as the primary liaison between IT and business stakeholders.

- Gather and analyze business requirements to translate them into technical solutions.

- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to manage expectations and address concerns.

Responsibilities :

1. Innovation & Technical Leadership :

- Challenge the status quo by identifying and implementing new technologies and practices to improve efficiency.

- Stay current with industry trends and advancements in SAP and related technologies.

- Provide technical guidance and thought leadership to drive innovation.

2. Vendor Management & Negotiation :

- Manage relationships with third-party vendors and service providers.

- Negotiate contracts and service level agreements (SLAs) to ensure favorable terms and quality service.

- Monitor vendor performance and address any issues or discrepancies.

3. Operational Excellence :

- Ensure all application delivery processes adhere to best practices and standards.

- Develop and enforce policies and procedures for application management.

- Implement metrics and reporting mechanisms to monitor performance and outcomes
