Job Overview :

We are seeking a skilled and experienced SAP FICO (Finance and Controlling) Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing and supporting SAP FICO modules, ensuring effective integration with other SAP modules and business processes. The SAP FICO Consultant will collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their financial processes and requirements, providing expert advice and solutions to optimize SAP FICO functionalities.

Responsibilities :

SAP FICO Implementation :

- Lead and participate in the end-to-end implementation of SAP FICO modules.

- Gather business requirements, design solutions, and configure SAP FICO settings to meet organizational needs.

Integration and Collaboration :

- Ensure seamless integration of SAP FICO with other SAP modules, such as SD, MM, and PP.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business processes and provide integrated SAP solutions.

Configuration and Customization :

- Configure SAP FICO modules based on business requirements.

- Provide expertise in customizing SAP FICO functionalities to enhance system performance and meet specific business needs.

Data Migration and Reporting :

- Oversee data migration activities related to SAP FICO, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

- Develop and maintain financial reports using SAP reporting tools.

User Training and Support :

- Conduct user training sessions to educate end-users on SAP FICO functionalities.

- Provide ongoing support to end-users, resolving issues and optimizing system usage.

Compliance and Best Practices :

- Stay updated on SAP FICO best practices and industry trends.

- Ensure SAP FICO configurations and processes align with financial regulations and compliance standards.

Documentation :

- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of SAP FICO configurations, processes, and user guides.

Continuous Improvement :

- Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization within SAP FICO.

- Recommend and implement enhancements to drive efficiency and effectiveness.

Job Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or related field.

- Proven experience as an SAP FICO Consultant with a strong understanding of finance and controlling processes.

- In-depth knowledge of SAP FICO modules, configuration, and integration with other SAP modules.

- Hands-on experience in SAP FICO implementation projects.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

- Relevant SAP certifications would be a plus.
